The lounge offers ASOA meeting attendees the chance to mingle with and learn from fellow attendees. Plan your day, relax while chatting with colleagues, strate- gize with Certified Ophthalmic Executives (COEs), confer with consultants, enjoy light refreshments, and see demos of ASOAn- alytics. This year's lounge will feature Consultants on Call ses- sions, the ASOA Ribbon Wall, the ASOA Career Hub, a remote workspace, and more. The ASOA Career Hub will provide two computers with direct online access to the ASCRS ASOA job board. Job seekers will have an opportunity to browse openings, update their profiles, and post their resumes. Employers can register on the site to search the job board resume bank and view the available job posting options. Visit the Career Hub to earn a free 2-week job posting special offer, only available for meeting attendees. The ASOA Networking and Engagement Lounge is located in room 25 of the convention center. It will be open today from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., tomorrow and Monday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. activity designed to help attendees connect to attendees with similar practices according to practice model, number of physicians, subspecialties offered, and other key differentiators useful in bench- marking. Maureen Waddle, MBA, Incline Village, Nevada, began the educational portion of the workshop with a facilitated F rom practice operations and efficiency to produc- tivity, staffing, and com- pensation, attendees at the first ASOAnalytics User Group Workshop took a walk through the major financial and productivity pulse points of ophthalmic practices. The workshop was designed to help ASOAnalytics subscribers more effectively read their finan- cial statements, understand KPIs, and use benchmarks to achieve three main objectives: evaluate performance, identify opportu- nities for improvement, and set goals for the future. Attendees gathered yesterday to learn how to get the most out of an ASOAnalytics subscription. The workshop delivered practical uses for how to apply ASOAn- alytics objective practice data alongside benchmarks for making data-driven decisions.
