Center in the Sails Pavilion or going online - ascrs.org/clinicalsurvey - to complete on any
computer, laptop or mobile device.
15 minutes of your time to complete the 2019 ASCRS Clinical Survey will:
• Impact future ASCRS educational programming
• Capture clinical opinions and practice patterns of ASCRS members
• Help identify areas that inspire ophthalmic innovation
• Ultimately, help enhance patient outcomes
The ASCRS Clinical Survey is an essential part of the Society's yearly planning process. The information gathered will impact
the education and services you experience throughout the year. Make your mark on ASCRS education by sharing your perspective.

Respondents who complete the survey at the Annual Meeting will be entered into a daily drawing. All survey respondents
will be entered into a raffle to win complimentary housing at the 2020 ASCRS Annual Meeting.
