Restaurants and dining options There are a variety of options within Mandalay Bay and the area close to the convention center. Aureole is known for its wine tower, complete with staff flying through the air to retrieve it. Fleur is advertised as a classic French bistro, with many regional and seasonal dishes. Fleur will reopen on July 26. Rivea combines French and Italian cuisine by Chef Alain Ducasse. Lupo by Wolfgang Puck is billed as the chef's first Italian restaurant. Skyfall Lounge is located at the Delano and provides great city view. The House of Blues is also located in Mandalay Bay and of- fers food options at its live music venue. For those looking for other restaurants on The Strip, there is an array of options in different cuisines and price ranges. At the Bellagio, visitors can choose from a variety of dining options, including Picasso, which offers French cuisine and displays original works of Picasso, and Spago, which features American fare from Wolfgang Puck and a patio with a view of the Fountains of Bellagio. At Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, the Edge Steakhouse and Fresco Italiano are two popular dining choices. Edge Steakhouse features a variety of steak options and other food continued from page 64 including Wagyu beef. Fresco Italiano offers Italian dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Other highly rated options include Lotus of Siam (locat- ed off The Strip); Oyster Bar at Palace Station, which features oysters and other seafood; Mizu- mi, featuring Japanese cuisines at the Wynn; Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, located at SAHARA and featuring a variety of meat cuts; Bardot Brasserie, a French restaurant at the ARIA; Mott 32, offering contemporary Chinese food at The Palazzo; Best Friend, a contemporary Korean-Mexi- can fusion restaurant at the Park MGM; and more.
