to accurately measure the per-
formance of their patient-facing
employees, improve practice op-
erations, identify star performers
and their key competencies, and
address employees in need of ad-
ditional training. ASOA members

"best team" look like? These
are just a few of the ques-
tions explored during ASOA's
"Cultivating Your Best Team"
workshop, which was held on
Friday.
Developed by members
of the ASOA Practice Trans-
formation Task Force, the
workshop was divided into
two sections: "Developing
a Leadership Mindset" and
"Maximizing Communication
& Engagement Through Tech-
nology." The ASOA Practice
Transformation Task Force is
comprised of seasoned admin-
istrators and industry thought
leaders working together to
address how practices can
shift from operating in survival
mode to operations focused
on transforming the way they
deliver eyecare. With the focus
on leadership, culture, tech-
nology, and communication,
the panelists discussed various
topics including leadership
styles, developing a leader-
ship bench, understanding
what is possible with industry
partnerships, and identifying
technology needs.

Breakers HI. It will be open today
from 10:30 a.m.–4:30 pm, Sunday
and Monday from 7:30 am–4:30
p.m., and Tuesday from 7:30
a.m.–11:00 a.m.
