The article was published in the July/Au- gust 2019 issue of Administrative Eyecare. John Pinto received the 2021 award for his article "The Fi- nancial and Operational Gain of Long-Tenured Staff." The article was published in the March/ April 2020 issue of Administrative Eyecare. The goal of the Adminis- trative Eyecare Editor's Choice Award is to recognize and thank contributing authors and to en- courage new writing contributions for future issues. The award win- ner is selected by the members of the Administrative Eyecare Editori- al Board through a scoring system using several evaluation criteria. Both practitioners and consul- tants who are ASOA members are eligible to receive the award.
