management staff and is published
six times a year.

he annual Administrative
Eyecare Editor's Choice Award
recognizes the best mem-
ber-authored article published
in ASOA's award-winning magazine
during the preceding calendar year.
This year, there were two award
winners. Ian Maltzman, MHSA, COE,
received the award for his article
"Making the Leap from Manager
to Administrator." The article was
published in the January/February
2022 issue of Administrative Eyecare.
Maureen Waddle, MBA, received
the award for her article "Create a
Strong Staff Retention Strategy." The
article was published in the July/
August 2022 issue of Administrative
Eyecare.
The goal of the Administrative
Eyecare Editor's Choice Award is to
recognize and thank contributing
authors and to encourage new writ-
ing contributions for future issues.
