guests, are eligible to win. ASCRS ASOA staff,
vendors, and exhibitors are NOT eligible to
win prizes.

Visit all participating
exhibitors' booths
in the Exhibit Hall.
Scan the QR code using the
ASCRS ASOA meeting app
at their booth for points.

Once you have visited all participating booths, you will
automatically be entered into the drawing to win one of
three airline credit gi• cards ($500 value).
ELIGIBILITY
Entries must be submied using the ASCRS ASOA meeting app;
no paper entries will be accepted. For full Rules & Terms, visit

During the 2023 ASCRS Annual Meeting,
we invite you to participate in EyeSeek,
the mobile game to win airline credits for
you to use for future travel destinations.
Aendees must visit all participating exhibitors in
the Exhibit Hall from Saturday, May 6 to Monday,
May 8, and scan the QR codes at each booth.
Once you scan all the participating exhibitors'
QR codes, you will automatically be entered to
win one of three $500 airline credit gi• cards.
Winners will be announced via an email from
the ASCRS Exhibits Team (exhibits@ascrs.org)
by May 17, 2023. The $500 gi˜ cards will be
electronically sent to the winners.
