& Nurse Program, the Biometry
Learning Lab, and the COA and
COT Certification Examination Prep
Course have been approved for
IJCAHPO CE credit. Select courses
are approved for CA BRN credit.
IJCAHPO was established as a
not-for-profit organization in 1969
to offer certification and continuing
education opportunities to ophthal-
mic allied health personnel. For more

Lab when attending the
co-sponsored ASCRS and
International Joint Commission on
Allied Health Personnel in Ophthal-
mology (IJCAHPO) Technicians &
Nurses Program.
Designed to elevate technicians'
competencies, attendees observe
and practice skills for IOL calcula-
tion measurements, perfect their
technique, and demonstrate how to
translate and correlate IOL calcula-
tion measurements. The Biometry
Learning Lab will be held today, with
attendees rotating through multiple
stations using vendors' instruments
to practice their skills.
"The Biometry Learning Lab
develops skills to address the chal-
lenges inherent in directly observing
and manipulating equipment, trou-
bleshooting and understanding
measurement error, and interpret-
ing and aggregating results," said

President.
