The ASOA Opening General Ses- sion will feature welcome remarks and recognition of the 2016 Pin- nacle Award for Volunteerism and 2016 fellows. In honor of ASOA's 30th anni- versary, ASOA will debut a special video and recognize founder Lucy Santiago, FASOA. The keynote address, "What If …?" will be given by Mike Rayburn, CSP, CPAE. In it, Mr. Rayburn will use his amazing guitar work and hilarious comedy as a met- aphor to illustrate 3 tools designed to turn a team into an army of in- novators with the peak performance skills to transcend the status quo to stop managing change and lead by creating change.
