New NBCOE board members elected

he National Board for the
Certification of Ophthalmic
Executives (NBCOE) announces Morgan L. Taylor
III, CPA, COE, Palm Beach
Eye Center, Atlantis, Fla., as its
2013–2014 president.
The president elect is William T.
Koch, CPC, COE, The Retina Institute, St. Louis.
The vice president is Charla
Ferchow, COE.
Ralph Simone, COT, COE,
Eye Associates of Boca Raton, Boca
Raton, Fla., is the new member-atMorgan L. Taylor III, CPA, COE
