Marco Automated Refractive Systems are multi-modality autorefractors/keratometers
at their core. All table top ARK models feature Super Luminescent Diodes (SLD),
Rotary Prism, Double Ring Technology, Confidence Index indicator and automatic
target fogging for the most accurate, reliable, repeatable data. Automatic X, Y, Z
eye tracking makes it possible to measure patients with cataracts, IOLs, and post
LASIK procedures. All have large, tiltable LCD screens to optimize operator position
and viewing angle. The M3 instrument adds tonometry; the ARK-1s adds subjective
refractions and glare testing; and the OPD-Scan III integrates wavefront aberrometry
with corneal analysis, and pupillometry. The Difference is Marco.
